Originally entitled "Where Leaps the Ste. Marie" by the poet, Whisper to the Moon begins in mystery and wonder, as reflected in the text. The middle section is given a more joyous treatment that flows and bubbles with enthusiasm before returning to the opening mood. All parts are interesting to sing.
